Service Description

Receive personalized CBT-I counseling to improve your sleep patterns and overcome insomnia challenges. Benefit from evidence-based techniques and expert guidance tailored to your specific needs. I offer a package of 5, 50 minutes sessions with the option to go session by session after that if additional support is needed. This package is 6 weeks in length, with 3 weekly sessions and 2 biweekly sessions. 5 session: $750 total Single session: $150 Sliding Scale Available: Please contact me directly for information


Cancellation Policy

If for any unforeseen reason it is necessary to cancel an appointment, I will do my best to provide you with a minimum of 48 hours notice. You will be required to attend all booked sessions promptly at the time and date agreed. If for any reason you are unable to attend an agreed appointment, you must also do your best to provide a minimum of 48 hours notice by calling me at 864-280-3411 or by emailing info@confidentsleep.com. If you fail to attend agreed sessions without providing 48 hours notice, you will be required to pay a remittance of 50% of the agreed session costs.
